WHO ARE WE?
As the National Youth Sports Association, NYSA Sweden, we believe our mission is to shape a new world for sport and education. Our goal is to support the potential in everyone and provide them with the best tools and environment for their personal growth and development.
Through our programs, we aim to strengthen young people’s employability in esports or other careers and help them gain transferable skills which can be applied in real life.
We embrace diversity and have a specialist team within different types of sporting organisations, educational establishments, NGOs, Universities, sports federations, sports and Esports clubs, as well as with governmental bodies.
Phoenix Blue is a non-profit organization from Sweden with the singular goal of growing Swedish esports from the ground up. Our journey started back in 2017 when a few industry professionals decided that we wanted to do more for our local community.
Fast forward a couple of years and we have access to fantastic broadcasting technology including our own studio, years of experience in esports content and competition management, and an even greater aspiration to contribute what we can to the community. We strive to showcase Swedish esports to the world!

JUSTICE (Jönköping University Student Team in Competitive Esports) was founded as the first official Student Esports Association in Sweden here in Jönköping, the city of DreamHack.
We may be an esports association but are also a community for gamers no matter how good you are. Regardless of your colour, creed, nationality, or sexual identity, we welcome everyone who shares our passion for gaming and good people.

THE WHY
Redefining collegiate esports in the Nordic region
At its core, this particular project’s aim is to improve upon the already existing esports culture and further enhance the collegiate esports space across the Nordic region. Our goal with the execution of the project is to empower not only esports athletes on a ”grassroots” level but also the diverse talents that form the backbone of our “talent pipeline.”
Fostering rivalry, honoring talent
In essence, our mission is all about encouraging fair competition while acknowledging notable student talent. Spearheaded by JUSTICE at Jönköping University in collaboration with the esports non-profit Phoenix Blue, our project will be the very evidence of our dedication. We believe in the potential of every student participant, and we’re here to provide them with a platform to shine.
Career opportunities in eports
The tournament serves to shed more light on some of the exciting career opportunities that lie ahead for the professionals of tomorrow. The esports industry is a wildly dynamic space requiring in-depth knowledge of not just your specialization, but also gaming culture. By structuring the entire league to be student-first, we’re creating an outlet for passionate academics who love creating and competing. Our primary goal is to redefine collegiate esports in the Nordics and elevate the people who can make this come true.
